CPR Talent: Bassel Alzaro annouced as the official X Factor Arabia host
TORONTO (January, 2013) – X Factor Arabia is finally here! CAN PUBLIC RELATIONS CPR is pleased to announce the international television music competition franchise (created by Simon Cowell) is set to launch this fall with CPR talent Bassel Alzaro as the official host!
With a judge lineup featuring the crème de la crème of stars from the Middle East, the latest X Factor franchise features the most exciting lineup, since Britney Spears in the US version. Wael Kafoury, Elissa, Hussain Al Jasmi and Carole Samaha have all been announced as official judges.
“I couldn’t be happier about joining the X FACTOR Arabia family,” said Bassel Alzaro. “I’ve always been a fan of the US version, so Its only right we get our own platform. Over the next couple of months we will be on road for the live auditions, and meeting new talents from all over the Middle East. About X Factor Host: Bassel Alzaro, an Egyptian-Jordanian of Palestinian roots is no stranger to the spotlight and his experience as host and actor makes him a truly deserving addition to XFactor Arabia. In 2004 he won the Melody Premiere TV Presenters Competition. In 2005 he was the presenter of the Socca Stars, a reality show for talented soccer players from all over the Middle East which was featured on Future TV in Beirut, Lebanon. Bassel spent many years working in London England, prior to getting the coveted title as host of the wildly popular X Factor Arabia. Alzaro also served as the Brand Executive for British American Tobacco, a leading multinational company.
